Glass fusing is the joining together of separate glasses through the application of heat within a kiln. Many people use the terms “fusing” and “kilnforming” interchangeably.
WHAT IS KILNFORMING?
Kilnforming is the shaping of glass within a kiln, using heat and gravity.
Kilnforming methods include fusing, slumping, kilncasting, and other techniques.
Works made using these techniques are called “kiln-glass”.
CAN I VISIT KEITH SHEPPARD GLASS ARTISTRY?
The workshop is not generally open to the public at this time.
You may make a private appointment to visit by contacting us.
At present access is limited to two persons at any one time and COVID restrictions and requirements apply.

We sell a large selection of fused glass products including functional and non-functional tableware, vessels, indoor and outdoor sculptures, wall art and private and corporate commissions including award pieces.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
As a sole trader, each piece is made by the Artist and incorporates his signature in the art work.
We guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING?
We check our prices regularly against other retailers and galleries to ensure that they are highly competitive.
WHAT ARE MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS?
Made-to-order items are items that are made especially for your purchase. Keith Sheppard Glass Artistry offers many products that are made-to-order.

Products which are made-to-order will be clearly marked on the products page. This will affect your rights for returns.
DO YOU HAVE SEASONAL SALES?
Due to the exclusive nature of our ranges we do not have seasonal sales and we cannot guarantee that an item will still be available for purchase late in the season.

DO THINGS SELL OUT?
Yes. Although many of our products are made to order, some items may not be continued once we have sold out.

We currently offer gift wrapping on our items and we take pride in the way that orders reach you and, depending on the item, your order will arrive in the appropriate Keith Sheppard Glass Artistry packaging.
CAN I SAVE ITEMS FOR LATER?
Yes. Simply click them into your basket. You will be able to revisit your selection of products in your basket at any time.

HOW MUCH IS UK MAINLAND SHIPPING?
We are happy to offer complimentary UK mainland shipping on all of our items with the exception of some special commissions.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Absolutely, we offer worldwide shipping on all items. However, for larger items we will first need to obtain an international shipping quote from our delivery partners.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
Once an order has been shipped you will be notified by email.
In certain cases, some orders will be shipped partially which will be made clear on your shipping email.
PART OF MY ORDER IS MISSING
At times we don’t send out a complete order since different items purchased may be only available at different times.
